13  the following amendment:

16         On page 22, line 3, before the period

18  insert:  and, for each prekindergarten class composed of 11 or
19  more students, must have, in addition to a prekindergarten
20  instructor who meets the requirements of s. 1002.55(3)(c), at
21  least one adult prekindergarten instructor who is not required
22  to meet those requirements but who must meet each requirement
23  of subsection (6)
