11  The Committee on Judiciary (Aronberg) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 16, between lines 2 and 3,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 9.  Paragraph (c) is added to subsection (10)
19  of section 120.65, Florida Statutes, to read:
20         120.65  Administrative law judges.--
21         (10)  Not later than February 1 of each year, the
22  division shall issue a written report to the Administrative
23  Procedures Committee and the Administration Commission,
24  including at least the following information:
25         (c)  Recommendations as to those types of cases or
26  disputes which should be conducted under the summary hearing
27  process described in s. 120.574.
