11  The Committee on Ways and Means (Campbell) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 10, lines 24 through 26, delete those lines,
16  
17  and insert:  prompt disposition of petitions for declaratory
18  statements. The rules shall also describe the contents of the
19  notices that must be published in the Florida Administrative
20  Weekly under s. 120.565, including any applicable time limit
21  for the filing of petitions to intervene or petitions for
22  administrative hearing by persons whose substantial interests
23  may be affected.
