14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 5, lines 5-16, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (a)  Is a board-certified pathologist licensed to
19  practice and actively practices in this country who performed
20  services requested or authorized by a physician who:
21         1.  Has conducted a physical examination of the exposed
22  person or, if the person is deceased, has reviewed all
23  available records relating to the exposed person's medical
24  condition;
25         2.  Is actually treating or treated the exposed person,
26  and has or had a doctor-patient relationship with the person;
27  and
28         3.  Is licensed to practice and actively practices in
29  this country; or
30         (b)  Is a board-certified oncologist, pulmonary
31  specialist, or specialist in occupational and environmental
