14 On page 6, between lines 24 and 25,

16 insert:
17 Section 3. Section 331.405, Florida Statutes, is
18 amended to read:
19 331.405 Definitions.--As used in this part:
20 (1) "Account" means the account established pursuant
21 to s. 331.415.
22 (2) "Aerospace" means the industry concerned with the
23 design and manufacture of aircraft, rockets, missiles,
24 spacecraft, satellites, space vehicles, space stations, space
25 and defense facilities, or components thereof, and equipment,
26 systems, facilities, simulators, programs, and activities
27 related thereto.
28 (3) "Authority" means the Florida Space Authority
29 created by s. 331.302.
30 (4) "Board" means the governing body of the
31 corporation.

1 (5) "Corporation" means the Florida Aerospace Finance
2 Corporation.
3 (6) "Domiciled in this state" means registered to do
4 business in Florida.
5 (7) "Financial institution" has the same meaning as in
6 s. 655.005(1)(h).
7 (8) "Financing agreement" has the same meaning as in
8 s. 331.303(10).
9 (9) "Member" means an individual appointed to be a
10 member of the board.
11 (10) "President" means the chief executive officer of
12 the corporation.
