4 marker 123 in honor of Trooper Darryl Haywood;
5 designating a portion of U.S. 1 in Duval County
6 in honor of Johnnie Mae Chappell; designating a
7 portion of International Speedway Boulevard in
8 Volusia County in honor of Charles W. Cherry,
9 Sr.; designating a portion of New Kings Road in
10 Duval County in honor of Taye Brown;
11 designating a portion of Nova Road in Volusia
12 County in honor of David Hinson; designating a
13 portion of Nova Road in Volusia County in honor
14 of Officer Robert F. Grim, Sr.; designating a
15 portion of the Haines Street Expressway in
16 Duval County in honor of Charles B. Dailey;
17 providing for the erection of markers;
18 providing for an effective date.

20 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

22 Section 1. Trooper Darryl Haywood Highway designated.
23 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
24 (1) The portion of Interstate 4 in the vicinity of
25 mile marker 123 is designated as the "Trooper Darryl Haywood
26 Highway."
27 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
28 erect suitable markers designating the Trooper Darryl Haywood
29 Highway as described in subsection (1).
30 Section 2. Johnnie Mae Chappell Parkway designated.
31 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

1 (1) The portion of U.S. 1 in Duval County between
2 Finch Avenue and Redpoll Avenue is designated as the "Johnnie
3 Mae Chappell Parkway."
4 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
5 erect suitable markers designating the Johnnie Mae Chappell
6 Parkway as directed in subsection (1).
7 Section 3. Charles W. Cherry, Sr. Parkway designated.
8 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
9 (1) The portion of International Speedway Boulevard in
10 Volusia County between Nova Road and Beach Street is
11 designated as the "Charles W. Cherry, Sr. Parkway."
12 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
13 erect suitable markers designating the Charles W. Cherry, Sr.
14 Parkway as described in subsection (1).
15 Section 4. Taye Brown Parkway designated. Department
16 of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
17 (1) The portion of New Kings Road (U.S. 1) in Duval
18 County between the 2400 block and the 3700 block is designated
19 as the "Taye Brown Parkway."
20 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
21 erect suitable markers designating the Taye Brown Parkway as
22 described in subsection (1).
23 Section 5. David Hinson Parkway designated. Department
24 of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
25 (1) That portion of Nova Road in Volusia County
26 between International Speedway Boulevard to George W. Ingram
27 Boulevard is designated as the "David Hinson Parkway."
28 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
29 erect suitable markers designating the David Hinson Parkway as
30 described in subsection (1).

1 Section 6. Officer Robert F. Grim, Sr. Parkway
2 designated. Department of Transportation to erect suitable
3 markers.--
4 (1) That portion of Nova Road in Volusia County in the
5 vicinity of Granada Boulevard is designated as the "Officer
6 Robert F. Grim, Sr. Parkway."
7 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
8 erect suitable markers designating the Officer Robert F. Grim,
9 Sr. Parkway as described in subsection (1).
10 Section 7. Charles B. Dailey Parkway designated.
11 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
12 (1) That portion of the Haines Street Expressway in
13 Duval County between Jessie Street and Eight Street is
14 designated as the "Charles B. Dailey Parkway."
15 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
16 erect suitable markers designating the Charles B. Dailey
17 Parkway as described in subsection (1).
18 Section 8. This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
