14 On page 20, between lines 9 and 10,

16 insert:
17 Section 2. Effective upon this section becoming a law,
18 paragraph (c) is added to subsection (4) of section 607.1301,
19 Florida Statutes, to read:
20 607.1301 Appraisal rights; definitions.--The following
21 definitions apply to ss. 607.1302-607.1333:
22 (4) "Fair value" means the value of the corporation's
23 shares determined:
24 (c) For a business entity with ten or fewer
25 shareholder, without discounting for lack of marketability or
26 minority.
