14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 12, between lines 16 and 17,

17 insert:
18 Section 4. The Department of Children and Families is
19 directed to assess and document the positive and negative
20 fiscal impact of the provisions of this legislation on the
21 department, taking into consideration costs incurred prior to
22 this legislation's passage. The department shall submit a
23 report with its findings to the President of the Senate and
24 the Speaker of the House of Representatives by February 1,
25 2006.
