12  following amendment to amendment (914420):

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 2, lines 22 and 23, delete the words "5 working
16  days after such order"

18  and insert:  a reasonable timeframe as established by the
19  court, not to exceed 21 calendar days, after such order based
20  upon consideration of the best interests of the child. The
21  department must make a referral for an appointment for a
22  second opinion with a physician within one working day
