  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the relief of persons who

  3         suffered loss in a named tropical system;

  4         expressing the legislative intent to revise

  5         laws relating to the relief of persons whose

  6         primary residences were damaged by a named

  7         tropical system; providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

12  relating to the relief of persons whose primary residences

13  were damaged by a named tropical system.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
