  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the communications services

  3         tax; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         revise laws relating to the tax on

  5         communications services; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the tax on communications services.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
