  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to documentary stamp tax

  3         revenue; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         revise laws relating to the disposition of

  5         documentary stamp tax revenue; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the disposition of documentary stamp tax revenue.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
