11  The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Productivity
12  (Sebesta) recommended the following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 4, line 28, through
16            page 5, line 2, delete those lines
17  
18  and insert:  
19         Section 2.  For fiscal year 2005-2006, there is
20  appropriated $50,000 in nonrecurring funds from the
21  Administrative Trust Fund in specific appropriation category
22  "Financial Literacy Council" to the Financial Literacy Council
23  created by this act. The appropriation is contingent upon
24  receipt of grant funds or private contributions by the council
25  for the purposes of this act. Nothing in this section shall be
26  construed as entitling the Financial Literacy Council to
27  expend funds from the Administrative Trust Fund in an amount
28  greater than the amount of grant funds or private
29  contributions received by the council and deposited into the
30  Administrative Trust Fund pursuant to this act.
