11  The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Atwater) recommended
12  the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 5, between lines 5 and 6,
16  
17  insert:
18         Section 2.  For Fiscal Year 2005-2006, there is
19  appropriated $50,000 in non-recurring funds from the
20  Administrative Trust Fund in specific appropriation category
21  "Financial Literacy Council" to the Financial Literacy Council
22  created by this act. This appropriation is contingent upon
23  receipt of funds by the council for the purposes of this act.
