1	House Concurrent Resolution
2	A concurrent resolution confirming the appointment of Gary
3	VanLandingham as Director of the Office of Program Policy
4	Analysis and Government Accountability.

6	WHEREAS, the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee appointed
7	Gary VanLandingham as Director of the Office of Program Policy
8	Analysis and Government Accountability on January 24, 2005, and
9	WHEREAS, section 11.511, Florida Statutes, provides that
10	the appointment of the Director of the Office of Program Policy
11	Analysis and Government Accountability must be confirmed by a
12	majority vote of the Senate and the House of Representatives,
13	NOW, THEREFORE,

15	Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of
16	Florida, the Senate Concurring:

18	That the appointment of Gary VanLandingham as Director of
19	the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government
20	Accountability by the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee under
21	section 11.511, Florida Statutes, is confirmed.
