  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to governmental effectiveness

  3         and efficiency; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to improve governmental effectiveness

  5         and efficiency; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact a bill to

10  improve governmental effectiveness and efficiency.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
