18 Section 2. In the event multiple slot machine
19 licensees, as defined in s. 551.103, Florida Statutes, are
20 located within 1 mile of a municipality that does not have a
21 licensee geographically located within its municipal borders,
22 then each such licensee shall pay to the affected municipality
23 0.5 percent of slot machine revenues.
