11 The Committee on Judiciary (Geller) recommended the following
12 amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 8, between lines 7 and 8,

17 insert:
18 (6) Nothing in this section shall be construed to
19 prohibit law enforcement authorities within the jurisdiction
20 of slot machine licensee facility from conducting criminal
21 investigations occurring on the facilities of a slot machine
22 licensee.
23 (7) Nothing in this section shall be construed to
24 restrict access to the slot machine licensee facility of local
25 law enforcement authorities within the jurisdiction of the
26 slot machine licensee facility.
27 (8) Nothing in this section shall be construed to
28 restrict access to information and records necessary to the
29 investigation of criminal activity that is contained within
30 the slot machine licensee facility by local law enforcement
31 authorities.
