11  The Committee on Regulated Industries (Dawson) recommended the
12  following amendment to amendment (682828):

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 9, before line 1,
16  
17  insert:  
18         (g)  Require the slot machine licensee to use the
19  Internet-based job-listing system of the Agency for Workforce
20  Innovation in advertising employment opportunities. Further,
21  each slot machine licensee in its gaming operations shall
22  create equal employment opportunities that shall be
23  implemented in a nondiscriminatory manner in hiring and
24  promoting employees to achieve the full and fair participation
25  of women, Asians, blacks, Hispanics, Native Americans, persons
26  with disabilities, and other protected groups within the
27  municipality where the pari-mutuel facility is located, and an
28  action plan and programs shall be implemented by each
29  pari-mutuel facility designed to ensure that the percentage of
30  the minority population in which each pari-mutuel facility is
31  located is considered to the extent minority applications are

 2  hiring at entry level, managerial, supervisory, and any other
 3  positions, unless there is a bona fide occupational
