  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the implementation of a

  3         constitutional amendment; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to enact laws implementing

  5         amendment 4 to the State Constitution;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws to

11  implement Amendment 4 to the State Constitution, which was

12  approved by the electors at the 2004 General Election.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
