12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 2, between lines 2 and 3,
16  
17  insert:  (6)  A massage therapist who provides massage under
18  paragraph (5)(a) must obtain a license for an establishment if
19  massage is provided to a person other than a patient of the
20  licensed medical physician, osteopathic physician,
21  chiropractic physician, advanced registered nurse
22  practitioner, acupunturist, podiatric physician, dentist, or
23  physical therapist within the licensed health care
24  practitioner's office.
