13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 1, lines 15-18, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         Section 1.  Subsections (1), (2), and (3) of section
18  458.307, Florida Statutes, are amended to read:
19         458.307  Board of Medicine.--
20         (1)  There is created within the department the Board
21  of Medicine, composed of 17 15 members appointed by the
22  Governor and confirmed by the Senate.
23         (2)  Twelve members of the board must be licensed
