15 On page 1, line 22, after the period

17 insert:
18 The Board of Governors must adopt a uniform set of
19 policies to be used by each university board of trustees in
20 naming a building or facility for any living person. The
21 Legislature may enact legislation to name a university
22 building or facility for any living person which naming may
23 not be superceded by a university board of trustees.
