13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 3, lines 1-6, delete those lines

16  and insert:  Constitution to repeal term limits relating to
17  the office of state senator or state representative, with such
18  repeal applicable to persons whose terms of office begin in
19  November 2006 or thereafter. The amendment

24         On page 1, lines 6-9, delete those lines

26  and insert:
27         candidates for public office, to make
28         indefinite the time a person may serve as state
