12  recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 45, between lines 8 and 9,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 21.  Four full-time positions are authorized
19  and the sum of $196,908 in recurring funds is appropriated
20  from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Corrections
21  in salaries and benefits for the 2005-2006 fiscal year. The
22  sum of $15,840 in recurring funds is appropriated from the
23  General Revenue Fund to the Department of Corrections for
24  salary incentive payments for the 2005-2006 fiscal year. The
25  sums of $26,052 in recurring funds and $12,920 in nonrecurring
26  funds are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the
27  Department of Corrections for expenses for the 2005-2006
28  fiscal year. The sum of $22,414 in nonrecurring funds is
29  appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department
30  of Corrections for other capital outlay for the 2005-2006
31  fiscal year. The sum of $3,169,530 in nonrecurring funds is
