12 recommended the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 45, between lines 16 and 17,

17 insert:
18 Section 22. Five full-time positions are authorized
19 and the sum of $209,750 in recurring funds is appropriated
20 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Law
21 Enforcement for salaries and benefits for the 2005-2006 fiscal
22 year. The sums of $32,565 in recurring funds and $16,150 in
23 nonrecurring funds are appropriated from the General Revenue
24 Fund to the Department of Law Enforcement for expenses for the
25 2005-2006 fiscal year. The sum of $9,000 in nonrecurring funds
26 is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the
27 Department of Law Enforcement for other capital outlay for the
28 2005-2006 fiscal year.
