12 (Rich) recommended the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 4, lines 9-13, delete those lines
16
17 and insert: Affairs;
18 12. A person appointed by the President of the Senate;
19 and
20 13. A person appointed by the Speaker of the House of
21 Representatives.
22 (b) The costs of a member's participation on the
23 workgroup shall be borne by the agency or organization that
24 appointed the member. Each member of the workgroup is entitled
25 to receive reimbursement for travel and per diem expenses as
26 provided in section 112.061, Florida Statutes.
