14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 1, lines 14-25, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (7)  Nothing in this act precludes the labor pool from
19  providing a day laborer with a method of obtaining cash from a
20  cash-dispensing machine that is located on the premises of the
21  labor pool and is operated by the labor pool or by an
22  affiliate pursuant to ch. 560, if required, for a fee for each
23  transaction which may not exceed $1.99, provided:
24         (a)  The labor pool offers payment in compliance with
25  the provisions of paragraph (2) (a) in the form of commonly
26  accepted negotiable instruments that are payable in cash, on
27  demand at a financial institution, and without discount;
28         (b)  The day laborer voluntarily elects to accept
29  payment in cash after disclosure of the fee; and
