15 On page 8, between lines 20 and 21,

18 Section 5. The Department of Environmental Protection,
19 and as appropriate the water management districts created by
20 chapter 373, Florida Statutes, shall adopt programs to
21 expedite the processing of wetland resource and environmental
22 resource permits for marina projects that reserve for public
23 use at least 10 percent of available boat slips.
