14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 2, line 26, after the period,

17 insert: An application for the Florida KidCare program shall
18 be valid for a period of 120 days after the date it was
19 received. At the end of the 120-day period, if the applicant
20 has not been enrolled in the program, the application shall be
21 invalid and the applicant shall be notified of the action.
22 The applicant may resubmit the application after the
23 notification of the action taken by the program.
