13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 2, line 26, after the period,
15  
16  insert:  An application for the Florida KidCare program shall
17  be valid for a period of 120 days after the date it was
18  received.  At the end of the 120-day period, if the applicant
19  has not been enrolled in the program, the application shall be
20  invalid and the applicant shall be notified of the action.
21  The applicant may resubmit the application after the
22  notification of the action taken by the program.
