  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to enact laws relating

  4         to public records for the purpose of

  5         implementing Amendment 4 to the State

  6         Constitution; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws

11  relating to public records in order to implement Amendment 4

12  to the State Constitution, which was approved by the electors

13  at the 2004 general election.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
