  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to trust funds; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to enact laws establishing a

  4         trust fund to implement Amendment 4 to the

  5         State Constitution; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws

11  establishing a trust fund to implement Amendment 4 to the

12  State Constitution, which was approved by the electors at the

13  2004 general election.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
