15 On page 7, line 24, through page 8, line 4, delete
16 those lines

18 and insert: The commission may not appoint a person to
19 conduct a risk assessment and may not accept a risk assessment
20 from a person who has not demonstrated to the commission that
21 they have met the requirements of a qualified practitioner as
22 defined in this section.
