11  The Committee on General Government Appropriations (Clary)
12  recommended the following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 1, between lines 25 and 26,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 2.  (1)  The Federal Law Enforcement Trust Fund
19  within the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, FLAIR
20  number 77-2-719, is terminated.
21         (2)  All current balances remaining in, and all
22  revenues of, the trust fund shall be transferred to the
23  Federal Grants Trust Fund within the Fish and Wildlife
24  Conservation Commission.
25         (3)  The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission
26  shall pay any outstanding debts and obligations of the
27  terminated fund as soon as practicable, and the Chief
28  Financial Officer shall close out and remove the terminated
29  fund from the various state accounting systems using generally
30  accepted accounting principles concerning warrants
31  outstanding, assets, and liabilities.

 7         On page 1, lines 3-8, delete those lines
 8  
 9  and insert:
10         Florida Preservation 2000 Trust Fund and the
11         Federal Law Enforcement Trust Fund within the
12         Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission;
13         providing for the disposition of balances in
14         and revenues of the trust funds; prescribing
15         procedures for the termination of the trust
16         funds; providing an effective date.
