15 On page 2, between lines 23 and 24,

18 Section 2. Subsection (3) of section 493.6102, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 493.6102 Inapplicability of this chapter.--This
21 chapter shall not apply to:
22 (3) Any individual solely, exclusively, and regularly
23 employed as an unarmed investigator or recovery agent in
24 connection with the business of her or his employer, when
25 there exists an employer-employee relationship.
