  1              Senate Concurrent Resolution No. ____

  2         A concurrent resolution confirming the

  3         appointment of Gary VanLandingham as Director

  4         of the Office of Program Policy Analysis and

  5         Government Accountability.

  6  

  7         WHEREAS, the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee

  8  appointed Gary VanLandingham as Director of the Office of

  9  Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability on

10  January 24, 2005, and

11         WHEREAS, section 11.511, Florida Statutes, provides

12  that the appointment of the Director of the Office of Program

13  Policy Analysis and Government Accountability must be

14  confirmed by a majority vote of the Senate and the House of

15  Representatives, NOW, THEREFORE,

16  

17  Be It Resolved by the Senate of the State of Florida, the

18  House of Representatives Concurring:

19  

20         That the appointment of Gary VanLandingham as Director

21  of the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government

22  Accountability by the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee

23  under section 11.511, Florida Statutes, is confirmed.
