15         On page 21, line 8, delete that line

17  and insert:  
18         (8) CONTRACTOR PROHIBITIONS.-
19         (a) A contractor, as defined in chapter 287, Florida
20  Statutes, or its employees, agents, or subcontractors, may not
21  directly or indirectly supervise, direct, or act as an
22  approving authority over any state employee or the actions
23  committed to the responsibility of state employees.
24         (b) A contractor, as defined in chapter 287, Florida
25  Statutes, or its employees, agents, or subcontractors, may not
26  knowingly participate through decision, approval, disapproval,
27  recommendation, preparation of any part of a purchase request,
28  influencing the content of any specification or procurement
29  standard, rendering of advice, investigation, or auditing, or
30  in any other advisory capacity, in the procurement of
31  contractual services from an entity of which the contractor,
