14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 15, lines 4-8, delete those lines
16
17 and insert:
18 (c) The department shall review the time period for
19 which it executes contracts and shall execute multiyear
20 contracts to make the most efficient use of the resources
21 devoted to contract processing and execution. Whenever the
22 department chooses not to use a multiyear contract, a
23 justification for that decision must be contained in the
24 contract.
