A bill to be entitled
2An act relating to Broward County; providing for the
3extension of corporate limits of the City of Cooper City
4and the Town of Davie; providing for annexation of the
5unincorporated area known as "United Ranches"; providing
6for annexation of the area known as "Rio Ranches
7Neighborhood"; providing for an election; providing for an
8effective date of annexation; providing for interlocal
9agreement; providing for continuation of certain Broward
10County regulations; providing for transfer of public roads
11and rights-of-way; providing an effective date.

13Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
14
15     Section 1.  The following described areas are hereby
16annexed into the City of Cooper City effective September 15,
172006:

19Area A:
20All of Tract 29, in Section 30, Township 50 South,
21Range 41 East, of "John W. Newman's Survey", according
22to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page
2326 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
24together with a portion of the South New River Canal
25right-of-way lying adjacent to said tract, and
26together with Tracts 59, 60 and 61 and a portion of
27Tracts 62 and 64, in Section 31, Township 50 South,
28Range 41 East, of "Florida Fruit Lands Company's
29Subdivision No. 1", as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page
3017 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, more
