  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records and meetings;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to enact laws

  4         providing an exemption from public-records and

  5         public-meetings requirements; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws to

11  provide an exemption from the public-records and

12  public-meetings requirements.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect October 1, 2005.
