14 On page 66, between lines 8 and 9,

16 insert:
17 Section 24. Paragraph (s) is added to subsection (6)
18 of section 627.351, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 627.351 Insurance risk apportionment plans.--
20 (6) CITIZENS PROPERTY INSURANCE CORPORATION.--
21 (s) The board of governors shall adopt a plan under
22 which insureds of the corporation have, at their election, the
23 opportunity to pay premiums semiannually or quarterly. The
24 plan shall provide for a processing fee that represents the
25 administrative costs resulting from additional billing and
26 recordkeeping. The plan and the processing fee must be
27 approved by the office.
