15 On page 6, lines 9-26, delete those lines

17 and insert:
18 (5) If a sinkhole loss is verified, the insurer shall
19 pay to stabilize the land and building and repair the
20 foundation in accordance with the recommendations of the
21 engineer as provided under s. 627.7073, and in consultation
22 with the policyholder, subject to the coverage and terms of
23 the policy. The insurer shall pay for other repairs to the
24 structure and contents in accordance with the terms of the
25 policy.
