15         On page 2, lines 9-14, delete those lines

17  and insert:  
18         (b)  The Chief Financial Officer shall appoint three
19  members who have expertise in financial matters, one of whom
20  is a representative of a national property insurer or of a
21  Florida-only subsidiary of a national property insurer, one of
22  whom is a representative of a domestic property insurer in
23  this state, and one of whom is a representative of insurance
24  agents.
