12 (Saunders) recommended the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 8, delete line 9,

17 and insert:
18 Section 6. For the 2005-2006 fiscal year, $308,000 in
19 recurring general revenue funds is appropriated to the
20 Department of Health for the purpose of this act. For the
21 2005-2006 fiscal year, $1 million is appropriated to the
22 Administrative Trust Fund in the Department of Health for the
23 purpose of this act.
24 Section 7. Sections four, five, and six shall take
25 effect only upon the Department of Health receiving a federal
26 lead poisoning prevention grant of $1 million or greater.
27 Section 8. Except as otherwise expressly provided in
28 this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
