| 11 | physical, cognitive, and psychiatric disabilities. |
| 12 | (e) Provision of support and services for individuals with |
| 13 | physical, cognitive, and psychiatric disabilities. |
| 14 | (f) Standardized applications that include specific |
| 15 | eligibility criteria and the services an individual with special |
| 16 | needs can expect to receive. |
| 17 | (g) Procedures for addressing the needs of unregistered |
| 18 | individuals in need of shelter. |
| 19 | (h) Requirements that the special needs shelter location |
| 20 | meets the Florida Accessibility Code for Building Construction. |
| 21 | If the location fails to meet the standards, a plan must be |

| 24 | are eligible for special needs shelter services. Specific |
| 25 | procedures shall be developed to address the needs of families |
| 26 | with multiple dependents where only one dependent is eligible |
| 27 | for the special needs shelter. Specific procedures shall be |
| 28 | developed to address the needs of adults with special needs who |
| 29 | are caregivers for individuals without special needs. |
| 30 | (j) Standards for special needs shelters, including |
| 31 | staffing, emergency power, transportation services, supplies, |
| 32 | including durable medical equipment, and any other |
| 33 | recommendations for minimum standards as determined by the |
| 34 | committee. |
