  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records and meetings;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to create an

  4         exemption from public records and meetings

  5         requirements; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to create an

10  exemption from public records and meetings requirements and

11  provide a statement of public necessity for the creation of

12  the exemption.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
