15 On page 5, between lines 29 and 30,

17 insert:
18 (4) As used in this section, the term "211 provider"
19 means an information and referral organization the primary
20 purpose of which is to maintain information about human
21 service resources in the community, supply descriptive
22 information about the agencies or organizations that offer
23 services, and assist consumers in accessing appropriate
24 providers.
