15 On page 1, line 25, through
16 page 2, line 1, delete those lines
17
18 and insert:
19 (a) "Actual notice" means notice that is given
20 directly, in person or by telephone, to a parent or legal
21 guardian of a minor, by a physician, at least 48 hours before
22 the inducement or performance of a termination of pregnancy,
23 and documented in the minor's files.
24 (b) "Child abuse" has the same meaning as s.
25 39.0015(3).
26 (c) "Constructive notice" means notice that is given
27 in writing, signed by the physician, and mailed at least 72
28 hours before the inducement or performance of the termination
29 of pregnancy, to the last known address of the parent or legal
30 guardian of the minor, by certified mail, return receipt
31 requested, and delivery restricted to the parent or legal
