11  The Committee on Criminal Justice (Lynn) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 1, lines 22-28, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  correctional facilities by a court order or after
18  a court sanctioned referral by a district school
19  superintendent or a court approved child study team
20  recommendation, subject to under the terms and conditions
21  established by the department. Each county shall develop a
22  comparable program to allow juveniles to tour county
23  correctional facilities by jails pursuant to a court order or
24  after a court sanctioned referral by a district school
25  superintendent or a court approved child study team
26  recommendation, subject to the terms and conditions
27  established by the county correctional facility.
